Electrical Engineer

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Engineer to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems and a solid understanding of SEWA (Sharjah Electricity & Water Authority) regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and review MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire-fighting)

• Prepare technical drawings, calculations, and reports

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams

• Ensure all MEP designs comply with SEWA and local authority requirements

• Oversee implementation and troubleshoot site issues when needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE

• Strong knowledge of local codes and SEWA submission procedures

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and relevant design tools

• Excellent communication and project coordination skills
