Urgent Hiring – Wireless Network Engineer

CNS Middle East is currently hiring an experienced Wireless Network Engineer to join its IT infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting wireless networks across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle the entire Access Point (AP) joining process, as well as routing and switching configurations.
• Conduct detailed site surveys and provide accurate assessments of wireless coverage.
• Possess a strong understanding of RF fundamentals including RRM (Radio Resource Management) and DCA (Dynamic Channel Assignment).
• Manage and troubleshoot WLC models such as 9800 and 5520.
• Diagnose and resolve user Wi-Fi connectivity issues and perform AP configurations.
• Ensure stable and secure network performance through optimization and fine-tuning of settings.

Technical Expertise Required:
• Sound knowledge of Radius and TACACS authentication systems.
• Familiarity with various Access Point models and wireless communication protocols.
• Understanding of antenna types and their applications in indoor vs. outdoor AP environments.
• Experience with SSID/BSSID, 802.1x Authentication, and Wi-Fi roaming fundamentals.
• Proficiency in SNR/RSSI analysis and understanding of Local Mode vs. FlexConnect Mode configurations.
