Description:

We’re looking for a skilled Expeditor to join our operations within the Oil & Gas sector. This role involves ensuring that all required materials, equipment, and services are delivered according to schedule while supporting smooth project execution. The ideal candidate should be confident in managing supplier relationships, tracking order progress, and maintaining alignment with project demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and update purchase orders to verify they meet scheduled delivery deadlines.
• Communicate proactively with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to address delays, discrepancies, or any supply-related concerns.
• Maintain detailed documentation covering shipment statuses, delivery timelines, and all order-related information.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality benchmarks, and contractual terms throughout the purchasing and delivery cycle.
• Identify potential supply chain risks and apply preventative measures to minimize disruptions.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of hands-on expediting experiencewithin the Oil & Gas industry.
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of procurement workflows and supply chain operations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proven ability to manage a fast-paced, deadline-driven workload.
