The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations and maintenance across properties while leading technical and FM initiatives.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of technical and engineering operations and FM best practices.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and team-management abilities.
• Good analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook).
