Hiring Fresh Food Manager

Location : Ajman, UAE

Responsible for managing Fruits & Vegetables, Hot Food, Fishery, and Butchery sections. Ensures product quality, food safety, hygiene, and excellent customer service while driving sales and reducing waste.

Key Duties:

• Oversee daily fresh food operations
• Ensure food safety & hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Lead and train team for high service standards
• Manage inventory, reduce wastage, and control costs
• Recommend meal ideas and seasonal promotions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Hospitality/Food Service
• 2+ years in fresh food retail
• Strong knowledge of hot food & fresh produce
• Fluent in English, Hindi; Arabic/Malayalam a plus
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
