Description:
Aston Pharmacy is seeking a motivated Field Sales Supervisor to drive our commercial efforts across Dubai. This role is field-facing and ideal for a sales professional with pharmaceutical experience who can build trust with healthcare providers, hit sales targets, and represent our brand professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call on hospitals, clinics and healthcare professionals to promote Aston Pharmacy’s products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with practitioners, procurement teams and key decision-makers.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive territory management.
- Monitor local market activity and competitor moves; report insights to management.
- Prepare and submit timely daily and weekly sales reports.
- Follow up on invoicing and ensure prompt collection of payments from clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business or a related discipline.
- Proven 3–5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or medical field sales within the UAE.
- Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle preferred (for daily territory coverage).
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Strong organisation, self-motivation and the ability to work independently in the field.
