Garments Factory Manager

Description:

 This is a full-time on-site role for Abaya Factory Manager at a Garments Factory with 60 staff, located in the United Arab Emirates, Sharjah. The Factory Manager will oversee daily production operations, manage and coordinate production planning, and ensure quality control. The role involves testing and selecting tailors, supervising and training factory staff, monitoring manufacturing processes, and ensuring reasonable production.

Qualifications

We prefer that you are in the UAE now with at least 15 years of working experience in the garment industry

Skills in Production Planning and Production Management

Experience in Quality Control and ensuring product standards

Strong leadership, team management abilities, and problem-solving
