The Role
We are searching for a detail-oriented and proactive PRO / Government Relations Officer to support our operations in Dubai. This role involves managing all government-related processes, overseeing licensing and documentation requirements, assisting HR with employee-related services, and ensuring adherence to UAE immigration and labor regulations.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee visa procedures including new applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes
• Manage processing of Emirates IDs, labor contracts, medical tests, and work permits
• Coordinate with UAE authorities such as MOHRE, GDRFA, DED, Police, and Immigration departments
• Prepare and submit online requests, letters, NOCs, and official documentation
• Maintain employee records, compliance trackers, and renewal schedules
• Assist HR with onboarding, offboarding, and daily employee support matters
• Handle attestation, notarization, and embassy legalization of documents
• Support licensing and company formation activities across free zones and mainland
• Manage mall-related approvals including access cards, work permits, and operational clearances
• Maintain professional communication with government departments, vendors, PRO partners, and service centers

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Highly organized, discreet, and capable of handling confidential matters
• Strong Excel skills and ability to maintain accurate trackers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth experience with UAE labor, immigration, and visa systems
• Immediate joiners are preferred
