Role Overview

  • Lead Tradeiators’ marketing and growth strategy.
  • Scale global user acquisition and build a strong trader community.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and scale paid channels: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Taboola, MGID.
  • Optimize CAC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Manage marketing budgets and performance campaigns.
  • Implement tracking and attribution (GA4, pixels, postbacks).
  • Build and optimize the funnel: visitor → register → deposit → battle → repeat.
  • Improve onboarding, conversion, activation, and retention.
  • Manage social media and community (X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram/Discord).
  • Expand affiliate and influencer partnerships.
  • Strengthen brand positioning: “Trade against traders, not brokers.”
  • Improve website messaging and landing page conversion.
  • Provide weekly performance reports and growth plans.

 

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in performance marketing.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Experience scaling paid traffic and managing acquisition funnels.
  • Experience in trading, fintech, CFD, or gaming is a strong advantage.
  • Experience managing large ad budgets ($100k+ monthly) preferred.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
