Head of Operations

Description:

Eden Rose is currently engaged with a financial institution within Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) who are seeking a Head of Operations to be responsible to build and lead the operational backbone of this new fund vertical from the ground up- spanning fund operations.

This is a hands-on, build-out mandate for someone who has directly run the operations of a funds business and can extend that discipline into a tokenized, blockchain-based operating model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end operations of the tokenized public markets fund, including overseeing Fund Admin, Custodian, and other service providers and coordinating with the fund management team
• Act as operational lead for the fund's tokenization infrastructure, working with the blockchain/technology platform provider and digital asset custodian.
• Oversee Fund Admin on fund accounting (NAV, accruals, valuations, distributions) and review reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution of breaks.
• Select, onboard and manage fund administrators, digital asset custodians, transfer agents, brokers and tokenization platform providers, including SLAs and KPIs.
• Partner closely with Investment Management, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Technology to support the fund's launch and ongoing operations.
• Design and implement the fund operations framework and control environment for a newly-licensed Fund Management vertical.
• Build and lead the operations function for the new vertical from inception, including hiring, systems selection and process design.
