Description:
We are seeking an experienced HSE Officer / Safety Engineer (ADNOC Approved) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment by enforcing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines in accordance with ADNOC standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with ADNOC regulations.
- - Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits at work sites.
- - Provide training and education to employees on safety standards and practices.
- - Investigate accidents or incidents to identify causes and recommend preventive measures.
- - Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, audits, and incidents.
- - Coordinate with ADNOC and relevant authorities for HSE inspections and approvals.
- - Ensure all safety equipment is regularly checked and maintained.
- - Promote a culture of continuous improvement in health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- - ADNOC approval is mandatory.
- - Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health, Safety, or a related field.
- - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HSE Officer/Safety Engineer in the oil & gas sector.
- - Strong knowledge of ADNOC HSE standards and local UAE safety regulations.
- - Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- - Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a multicultural environment.
