Health Safety Environment Officer

Description:

We are seeking an experienced HSE Officer / Safety Engineer (ADNOC Approved) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment by enforcing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines in accordance with ADNOC standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with ADNOC regulations.
• - Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits at work sites.
• - Provide training and education to employees on safety standards and practices.
• - Investigate accidents or incidents to identify causes and recommend preventive measures.
• - Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, audits, and incidents.
• - Coordinate with ADNOC and relevant authorities for HSE inspections and approvals.
• - Ensure all safety equipment is regularly checked and maintained.
• - Promote a culture of continuous improvement in health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• - ADNOC approval is mandatory.
• - Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health, Safety, or a related field.
• - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HSE Officer/Safety Engineer in the oil & gas sector.
• - Strong knowledge of ADNOC HSE standards and local UAE safety regulations.
• - Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• - Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a multicultural environment.
