Key Responsibilities Include:

• Welcoming guests warmly and courteously upon arrival.

• Managing reservations and efficiently coordinating seating arrangements.

• Ensuring the front-of-house area reflects the restaurant’s premium standards.

• Communicating with kitchen and waitstaff to manage guest flow and seating times.

• Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor under all circumstances.

• Assisting in handling guest inquiries and complaints with grace and tact.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or a related field.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant setting is mandatory.

• Fluency in Arabic is required; additional language skills are a plus.

• A well-groomed appearance, pleasant personality, and confident communication style.

• Ability to stay composed in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
