We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Design Engineer with 5–6 years of UAE experience in retail/F&B fit-outs, especially within malls.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) for a variety of Fit Out Projects.
Create detailed HVAC drawings using AutoCAD.
Perform load calculations (HAP), duct sizing, and equipment selection.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines.
Ensure designs meet all applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
Conduct site visits for assessments and installation oversight.
Prepare and review technical specifications and documentation.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
4-5 years of experience in HVAC system design.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, HAP or similar.
Strong knowledge of ASHRAE standards, local building codes, and energy efficiency standards.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
