Key Responsibilities:
*Work with portfolio companies to identify growth opportunities and innovative business solutions.
*Provide strategic advice and insights to startups and entrepreneurs on business development, market trends, and industry disruptions.
*Lead and participate in innovation projects, from ideation to execution, focusing on delivering impactful results.
*Leverage extensive knowledge of the UAE market to assist startups in navigating regulatory, economic, and cultural landscapes.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders.
*Stay updated with emerging trends in entrepreneurship, innovation, and venture capital, with a focus on the UAE and regional markets.

Key Requirements:
*Fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken) is a must.
*Proven background in consulting or advisory roles, with experience working on entrepreneurial ventures and innovation projects.
*Strong understanding of the UAE market, including its regulatory environment, business trends, and economic landscape.
*A passion for entrepreneurship and startups, with an ability to think creatively and provide solutions that drive innovation.
*Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
*Experience in venture capital or working with startups is a plus.
*Degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, or a related field.
*A network of contacts within the UAE entrepreneurial ecosystem is highly desirable.
