We are looking for a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team at Forward Focus Logistics LLC, a leading freight forwarding company based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and inquiries
• Generate and qualify leads from multiple sources
• Prepare and follow up on quotations to clients
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth service delivery
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
