Interior Design Manager

Description:

You’ll lead our interior design studio. You’ll take projects from concept and client presentation through to approved, buildable designs, working closely with our joinery and fit-out production team.

What you’ll do

• Lead design concepts and client presentations
• Manage interior designers, and draftsmen
• Run design approvals with clients
• Ensure designs are buildable and cost-aware, coordinating with estimation and joinery
• Set drawing standards, templates and libraries
• Monitoring project schedules and budgets
• Resolve technical or design issues.
• Supporting business development with design proposals and presentations.

What you’ll bring

• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• 6+ years in interior design, 4+ leading a team (fit-out/joinery experience in the UAE is a plus)
• Strong portfolio of hospitality, residential or commercial interiors
• Advanced AutoCAD, D5 render, 3ds Max; Revit is a plus

·        Proficiency in Interior Design, including space planning, materials selection, and visual presentation.

·        Solid understanding of Architecture principles and integration of interior design within architectural frameworks.

·        Experience in Furniture selection, customization, and layout planning for various project types.

·        Demonstrated experience managing multiple interior design projects in a commercial or residential setting.
