Description:
In this role, you will design, implement, and manage strategic sales programs for SAP Business Transformation Management. You will drive targeted initiatives aligned to priority go-to-market areas, including tailored value propositions, structured pitches, and solution demonstrations, while building scalable frameworks that enable sales teams to identify opportunities, accelerate pipeline progression, and improve win rates. The role ensures consistent alignment of sales programs with regional priorities and market dynamics to drive adoption across all geographies.
You will create and continuously refine sales motion playbooks, guidelines, and best practices to standardize execution and maximize impact. In close collaboration with Marketing and Product & Engineering, you will sharpen messaging, positioning, and value articulation for SAP Business Transformation Management. Additionally, you will establish and operationalize KPIs to measure program effectiveness, track and report performance globally, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that optimize sales strategies and enhance program ROI. The role also includes proactively identifying gaps, driving continuous improvements, and implementing scalable enhancements to deliver measurable business outcomes.
