Be You Clinics is looking for a skilled and motivated IT Executive to become part of its growing team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional who enjoys providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of technology across the organization.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT support, strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networking, and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently. Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical environment will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day IT support to users across the organization.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.

• Monitor IT infrastructure and ensure systems operate efficiently and securely.

• Assist with system upgrades, maintenance, and implementation of IT best practices.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an IT Support or IT Executive role.

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Healthcare or clinic experience will be an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Windows operating systems, hardware, and software support.

• Networking concepts, system maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• IT security practices and technical support procedures.
