Junior Engineer

Description:

LHR Drilling Equipment is seeking a Junior Engineer for a full-time, on-site role located in Sharjah, UAE. The Junior Engineer will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and maintenance of drilling equipment and piling tools. Daily tasks will include preparing technical drawings, conducting product testing, supporting production processes, and troubleshooting technical issues. Moreover, the Junior Engineer will collaborate with senior engineers, work on improving product efficiency, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software and technical drawing skills
• Strong understanding of mechanical and structural engineering principles
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Team collaboration skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the construction or drilling equipment industry is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site in Sharjah, UAE
