Junior Estimation Engineer

Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Estimation Engineer to join a growing precast construction team based in Abu Dhabi. This role is suitable for professionals with hands-on experience in precast estimation who are eager to contribute to project planning and cost control activities.

The selected candidate will be involved in preparing accurate cost estimates and supporting the estimation process for precast construction works. Strong technical knowledge and the ability to work with drawings and specifications are essential for this position.

Key responsibilities and requirements include:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in precast estimation works
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and preparation of BOQs for precast projects
• Good working knowledge of Excel, construction drawings, technical specifications, and estimation software
• Ability to analyze project requirements and provide accurate cost data
• Preference for candidates who are available to join immediately
