The Junior Marketing Officer will act as the first point of contact for prospective guests interested in Kids Club birthday parties, restaurant reservations, and other guest-related events. The role demands professionalism, strong communication, and a sales-driven mindset to effectively guide potential clients through the offerings and secure bookings.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams—events, food & beverage, and operations—to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction. This role also supports broader marketing efforts by assisting with promotional materials, customer engagement, and gathering guest feedback to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries related to Kids Club birthday parties, restaurant bookings, and various events.

• Guide prospective clients through available services, convert leads into confirmed bookings, and maximize sales opportunities.

• Coordinate internally with events, F&B, and operations teams to ensure smooth event planning and exceptional guest experience.

• Follow up with guests post-event to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

• Assist in marketing efforts, including creating basic promotional materials, engaging with customers, and collecting valuable guest feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in hospitality, events, marketing, or customer service preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and close deals effectively.

• Sales-driven mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

• Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple inquiries simultaneously.

• Basic knowledge of social media and marketing techniques is a plus.
