Lighting Specification Manager

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Lighting Specification Manager to join our Lighting team!

Qualifications::

- Minimum of 3-5 years of successful specification or sales & business development experience (lighting).

- Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing/Engineering or a related field.

- Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong network in the UAE market.

- Excellent presentation & communication skills, technical/computer, and negotiation skills (verbal & written).

- Ability to sell and troubleshoot technical solutions.

- Experience of software packages such as Excel, Powerpoint, Relux or Dialux, AutoCad may be advantageous.

Job Description:

• Responsible to build a strong sales pipeline and deliver the sales target set by the company
• Responsible for maintaining and building strategic specification partnerships with Architects, Interior Designers, Lighting Designer, Engineers and Consultancies.
• Identify key specifiers and build end-user relationships to be able to recommend the best lighting solutions to fit the project.
• Deliver lighting solution proposals and clearly demonstrate the value proposition of the proposed solution.
• Build strong relationships at all levels within assigned market and maintain ownership of the complete project cycle from design stage till execution.
• Support specifiers throughout the complete planning process with technical knowhow on our product portfolio and suggest suitable solutions.
• Identify key contractors and grow preference/ interest for our current products.
• Use CRM system to maintain competitive specifiers information, build a pipeline of opportunities and track results.
• Efficiently manages his own time and prioritizes tasks and maintains correct project details. Collaborates with internal teams, including sales & marketing to ensure project success.
