Alfanar Electrical Systems LLC, a leading name in electrical manufacturing and the Dubai arm of alfanar’s operations, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support its Low Voltage Switchgear division. The ideal candidate will handle comprehensive logistics activities, ensuring timely and efficient flow of materials while maintaining documentation accuracy across import, export, and purchasing operations.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all aspects of logistics related to low-voltage switchgear operations.
• Manage import and export documentation, ensuring compliance with UAE customs regulations.
• Oversee customs clearance, duty exemptions, and related regulatory procedures.
• Prepare, review, and maintain purchase and logistics documents.
• Utilize Excel for data entry, tracking, and generating analytical logistics reports.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to maintain a smooth supply chain flow.
• Support procurement and warehouse teams with documentation and delivery schedules.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Low Voltage Switchgear manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of import/export documentation and customs regulations.
• Familiarity with duty exemption processes and general purchase documentation.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
