Logistics Coordinator

Description:

Infinity Transit Freight is expanding its Dubai team and seeking motivated professionals for the roles of Logistics Coordinator and Sales Executive. We want reliable candidates who understand UAE logistics operations and can contribute to customer service and operational excellence.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in freight, logistics, or related operations.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Experience working with Jebel Ali Free Zone processes is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, client-facing ability and problem-solving mindset.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate imports/exports, documentation and customs-related tasksas needed.
• Liaise with clients, vendors and carriersto ensure timely movement of cargo.
• Support sales activitiesby preparing quotations, following up leads and closing orders (for Sales Executive role).
• Maintain accurate shipment records and communicate status updatesto stakeholders.
