Logistics Coordinator

Description:

Agrivex Trading LLC, a Dubai-based food commodity trading company, is looking for a responsible and organized Logistics Coordinator to handle customs clearance and shipment follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and submitting Bills of Entry (BOE) and customs declarations through Dubai Trade / Mirsal 2

• Handling clearance for import, re-export, and transit shipments

• Collecting delivery orders (DO) from shipping lines and arranging container release and transport

• Coordinating with Jebel Ali port, clearing agents, transporters, labour, and warehouse teams

• Managing shipping documents, including BL, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, packing list, and health certificates

• Applying for refund duty claims, booking inspections, and arranging gate passes

• Updating shipment records and reporting shipment status regularly

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with customs clearance in Dubai is mandatory

• Working knowledge of Dubai Trade / Mirsal 2 and BOE submission

• Familiarity with import and re-export procedures

• Food cargo experience is a plus

• Basic Excel and email skills

• Accuracy, strong follow-up, and good communication skills

• UAE driving license is a plus
