 Ideal Candidate:

• Hands-on experience in shipment coordination and execution (EXIM & Local)
• Well-versed with INCO Terms
• Strong knowledge of logistics documentation and UAE customs regulations
• A solution-driven mindset with the ability to manage and collaborate with vendors
• Proficiency in shipment tracking systems, reporting tools, and cross-functional teamwork

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing on-time delivery of international shipments
• Ensuring accurate EXIM documentation and compliance with UAE transport laws & Hazardous Goods Regulations
• Optimizing transportation and warehousing costs
• Monitoring real-time shipment tracking and resolving delivery issues proactively
• Working closely with freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
