Logistics Supervisor

Description:

Arabian Packaging is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to manage our Finished Goods Warehouse operations in Dubai. The role focuses on ensuring smooth dispatch planning, outbound logistics, and maintaining warehouse efficiency while supervising a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the corrugated packaging industry and a deep understanding of ERP/WMS systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage dispatch operations and outbound logistics efficiently
• Coordinate export documentation and transportation processes
• Monitor and ensure On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery performance
• Supervise warehouse operations to maintain operational excellence
• Ensure inventory accuracy and timely reporting
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to optimize performance

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in logistics or warehouse operations
• Strong experience in the corrugated packaging industry
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
