Marketing & Community Executive

Description:

Crave is seeking a hands-on, creative, and commercially focused Marketing & Community Executive to join its team in Dubai. This role goes beyond traditional content creation and focuses on building a strong customer community, increasing social proof, and converting marketing activities into measurable business growth.

The successful candidate will manage community engagement, influencer and UGC activities, social media campaigns, product launches, and customer retention initiatives. The position will work closely with the Founder and operations team to develop campaigns that strengthen the brand and create meaningful customer connections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily community engagement, including direct messages, comments, and customer reviews.

• Build strong customer relationships and encourage user-generated content and social proof.

• Identify, coordinate, and manage UGC creators, micro-influencers, and selected major influencers.

• Plan and execute monthly product launches and marketing campaigns.

• Coordinate events and brand activations around relevant occasions.

• Manage the monthly social media and content calendar.

• Coordinate with outsourced photographers, videographers, and content creators.

• Support WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns focused on customer retention.

• Monitor and analyze campaign, creator, and community performance.

Requirements:

• 2–4+ years of relevant marketing or social media experience.

• F&B or hospitality industry experience is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of community building, UGC, and influencer marketing.

• Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok.

• Creative, proactive, organized, and commercially minded approach.

• Results-oriented mindset with an understanding of marketing beyond likes and followers.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Social media community management and customer engagement.

• UGC, influencer marketing, and social proof strategies.

• Instagram, TikTok, campaign planning, and performance tracking.
