Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support overall business objectives

• Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and lead generation efforts

• Monitor, manage, and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum return on investment

• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with revenue targets and business goals

• Oversee project launches, promotional campaigns, and ensure strong market positioning of properties

Requirements:

• Proven track record in real estate marketing, preferably within the UAE market

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to plan and execute strategic initiatives

• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and performance analytics
