We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Marketing Executive / Specialist to join New Age Group’s marketing team in Dubai. This full-time, morning-shift role will drive both digital and traditional marketing activities to strengthen brand presence, attract patients, and support service growth across the group’s clinics and healthcare offerings. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of three years’ hands-on marketing experience, strong digital skills, and the ability to deliver patient-focused communications in a regulated sector.

Job Overview
You will plan, implement, and measure marketing initiatives that build awareness and generate leads. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you’ll help shape campaign ideas, manage execution, and optimize performance to meet defined KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Manage day-to-day digital activities including social media scheduling, community engagement, and content publishing.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, designers, and agencies to create timely, accurate, and compliant marketing materials.
• Oversee campaign timelines, briefs, and deliverables to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Support event promotions, patient outreach campaigns, and other activations that drive footfall and inquiries.

Digital Marketing Focus

• Develop and implement SEO, paid advertising (PPC), and social media strategies to increase visibility and conversions.
• Produce and optimize content for web pages, landing pages, blogs, and ad creatives.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, report insights, and recommend optimizations.

Healthcare Marketing Advantage

• Prior experience in healthcare marketing is advantageous.
• Ability to craft patient-centric messaging while adhering to industry regulations and ethical considerations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience (healthcare sector experience preferred but not required).
• Proficient with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong copywriting, visual branding sensibility, and project-management skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
