Marketing Lead

Tamimi Investments is seeking a results-driven Marketing Lead – Performance & Digital Growth to join its team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is ideal for an experienced performance marketer who can develop and execute data-driven digital campaigns that generate qualified leads and measurable business growth across multiple brands.

The successful candidate will manage paid advertising campaigns, optimize digital marketing performance, improve website visibility, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners. You will also monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and recommend strategies to maximize return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Oversee campaign budgets, audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing, and performance optimization.

• Improve website performance, landing pages, and SEO initiatives to increase online visibility.

• Monitor campaign tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Google Search Console.

• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and marketing agencies to deliver successful campaigns.

• Prepare clear performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

• Drive qualified lead generation while maximizing CPL, CPA, and ROAS performance.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in digital and performance marketing.

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.

• Experience with TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of:

    • SEO, marketing funnels, and retargeting strategies.

    • Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Search Console.

    • Campaign analytics, team coordination, and managing multiple brands simultaneously
