Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI), one of the UAE’s leading real estate companies, is seeking several innovative and data-driven Marketing Managers to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in real estate marketing and expertise in at least one of the following areas: digital marketing, branding, off-plan or secondary market campaigns, and international marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote real estate projects and properties.
• Drive digital campaigns, social media strategies, and content creation to enhance brand visibility.
• Manage branding initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for off-plan and secondary market properties.
• Coordinate international marketing efforts to attract global investors and buyers.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate marketing.
• Strong knowledge of at least one marketing focus area: digital, branding, off-plan/secondary market, or international marketing.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
• Preferably based in the UAE and available to contribute locally.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
