Marketing Manager

 

Description:

The Marketing Manager will oversee the full marketing ecosystem of EGC Properties—brand development, content strategy, campaign execution, performance marketing, project launches, events, and cross-department coordination with IT, Sales & Operations.

This role requires a strong leader who can manage a hybrid team (on-site + remote), maintain high creative standards, and ensure the company’s marketing is aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Manage and lead a mixed team:
  • Content Creator (on-site)
  • Social Media Manager (on-site)
  • Performance Marketer (remote)
  • Graphic Designer (remote)
  • Assign tasks, monitor workload, ensure deadlines and quality benchmarks.
  • Conduct daily/weekly marketing stand-ups and performance reviews.
  • Act as a bridge between Marketing, IT, Operations, Sales, and Senior Management

 

2. Brand & Creative Direction

  • Maintain EGC’s brand identity across all platforms.
  • Oversee creative ideation for campaigns, videos, photoshoots, reels, and events.
  • Ensure output quality — including thumbnails, scripts, copywriting, captions, visuals, and presentations.
  • Provide clear briefs to designers, creators, and external partners.

3. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan monthly and project-specific marketing calendars.
  • Oversee campaigns across Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and WhatsApp.
  • Ensure timely delivery of assets for real estate launches, expos, events, open houses, and project marketing.
  • Coordinate with Performance Marketer on budgets, targeting, A/B tests, and optimization.

4. Digital Marketing & Performance

  • Oversee all paid ads (Meta, Google, YouTube).
  • Monitor lead flow, lead quality, CPL, CTR, attribution, and ROAS.
  • Optimize performance funnels — creatives → ads → CRM → sales.
  • Work with the IT team to ensure correct lead routing and reporting.

5. Content Strategy & Social Media

  • Final approval on all content calendars.
  • Oversee daily posting, reels, engagement, and community management.
  • Approve scripts, copy, headlines, and branding elements.
  • Ensure content quality aligns with current trends and business goals.

 

6. Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work with Sales Managers for campaign priorities and lead requirements.
  • Coordinate with Operations for events, signage, company branding, and internal communications.
  • Present reports to COO, CFO, and Chairman when required.

 

7. Reporting & Analysis

  • Monitor KPIs: leads, CPL, conversion rates, reach, engagement, ROI.
  • Prepare weekly & monthly marketing performance reports.
  • Identify gaps and recommend improvements in creative, targeting, or workflow.

RequirementsEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in real estate marketing (UAE experience preferred).
  • Experience managing hybrid teams.
  • Strong project management skills.
