Description:
A leading luxury retail brand is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to support the Head of Marketing in driving impactful retail marketing initiatives and accelerating brand growth across the region. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a creative and strategic marketing professional with a strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and retail marketing dynamics.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing integrated marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, supporting store launches, and enhancing brand visibility across multiple channels. The position also involves developing influencer relationships, managing brand ambassador programs, and contributing to market expansion strategies.
This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for luxury retail, strong project management capabilities, and a keen eye for brand aesthetics. Experience within the GCC retail market and exposure to international markets will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute retail marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activations.
• Coordinate marketing activities with internal departments, external agencies, and mall partners.
• Support store openings and key brand development initiatives.
• Manage digital marketing, public relations, and in-store marketing campaigns.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
• Assist with new market entry plans and go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on marketing effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth.
• Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Requirements:
• 5–7 years of experience in fashion, retail, or luxury brand marketing.
• Strong understanding of the GCC retail market and consumer trends.
• Experience managing influencer marketing, public relations, and brand partnerships.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to brand aesthetics and presentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
