Marketing Officer

Description:

Innovative Home Spa is seeking a dynamic and creative female Marketing Officer to lead our promotional efforts in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on marketing our specialized therapeutic and wellness services, enhancing our digital presence, and engaging female clients through social media and targeted outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for our spa and therapeutic services.

• Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.).

• Create original and engaging content (images, captions, stories, promotions).

• Promote monthly packages, offers, and exclusive treatments.

• Collaborate with in-house therapists and reception to align promotions with client needs.

• Analyze engagement and reach, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in spa, beauty, wellness, or healthcare marketing.

• Strong skills in content creation and digital marketing.

• Fluent in English and Arabic

• Professional, friendly, and client-oriented personality.

• Female candidates only (due to nature of the role and client interaction).

• Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
