Real Estate Marketing Strategy
- Plan, implement, and manage marketing campaigns for real estate projects in alignment with sales and branding goals
- Coordinate with brokers, agents, and developers to boost visibility and lead generation
Content Creation & Management
- Develop and oversee engaging content for websites, portals, social media, blogs, email campaigns, and property listings
- Write persuasive ad copy and property descriptions tailored for the UAE real estate market
SEO & Digital Presence
- Optimize website and listing content to improve search engine rankings and online visibility
- Monitor analytics, traffic, and conversions to support ROI-driven decision-making
Design & Branding
- Create brochures, flyers, social media creatives, presentation decks, and other marketing collateral
- Ensure consistent and high-quality branding across all platforms
Market Research & Analytics
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and optimize marketing performance
- Prepare reports with insights and provide data-driven recommendations for campaign improvement
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, content creation, and graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
- Knowledge of social media marketing, Google Ads, and analytics tools
- Minimum 2–3 years of UAE real estate marketing experience
