We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Specialist with a strong background in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate must have solid UAE experience and the ability to manage marketing campaigns, social media, promotions, branding, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing plans and promotional activities for hospitality outlets.
• Manage social media platforms, content calendars, and customer engagement strategies.
• Coordinate with operations and management teams for brand alignment.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Handle online marketing, digital ads, and brand visibility.
• Support in event planning, photoshoots, and marketing materials.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of marketing experience in the UAE (hospitality industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of branding, social media management, and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent English communication skills with a clear and neutral accent.
• Ability to create content, captions, and visual concepts.
• Strong presentation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
