An exciting opportunity is available for a results-driven Marketing Specialist to join a fast-growing IT company in Dubai Silicon Oasis. This is not a routine marketing position focused only on planning strategies — the company is looking for someone who can actively execute campaigns, drive engagement, and deliver measurable results.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience within the IT or technology sector in the UAE and be confident managing B2B marketing initiatives. You will work in a small, agile team environment where ownership, initiative, and accountability are highly valued.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns targeting B2B clients
• Create compelling content tailored for the IT/technology audience
• Manage digital marketing channels including social media and online platforms
• Coordinate branding and promotional activities
• Track campaign performance and optimize strategies for better ROI
• Take full responsibility for assigned marketing initiatives without waiting for detailed instructions

𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲:

• Minimum 2+ years of marketing experience in the UAE IT/tech sector
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies
• Experience in campaign management, content creation, and lead generation
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Self-motivated, proactive, and execution-focused mindset
