We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who executes with precision and takes ownership of the details that make a brand feel consistent, credible, and alive.
This is not a strategy role. The strategy exists. Your job is to bring it to life every single day across content, community, brand, and execution. You work closely with the Head of Marketing and the Founder, and you are the person who makes sure nothing slips.
What you build here matters. Every piece of content published, every brand touchpoint delivered, and every community interaction managed by you is what the world sees before they ever experience the product. That is not a small thing.
You Will Own
- Brand management: developing, maintaining, and enforcing the brand guidelines across every touchpoint. Visual identity, tone of voice, design consistency. You build the system that keeps the brand coherent as the team and output scale.
- Content execution: managing the content calendar across platforms, scheduling and publishing posts, and ensuring the right content reaches the right audience at the right time.
- Community management: owning the daily cadence across WhatsApp channels and community groups. You are the consistent presence that keeps the community active, engaged, and growing.
- Asset production: creating on-brand visual assets for social media, community posts, and campaigns. Clean, consistent, and built to the standard the brand demands.
- CRM and tracking: logging outreach activity, community interactions, and lead touchpoints accurately. The data is only useful if it is clean. You keep it clean.
- Coordination support: working directly with the Head of Marketing to execute campaign briefs, manage intern output, and keep the weekly content engine running without gaps.
You Have
- 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience with direct ownership of content, brand, and community execution.
- Demonstrated experience building or managing brand guidelines and visual identity systems, not just following ones handed to you.
- A strong design eye. You know what looks right and you know how to produce it. Canva is not a limitation for you. It is a tool you have pushed to its ceiling.
- Experience managing social media channels and community platforms independently, without being micromanaged on what to post or when.
- Comfort with CRM tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics dashboards. You track things because you understand why the data matters.
- Attention to detail that is not negotiable. Inconsistency in brand, tone, or timing is something you notice before anyone else does.
- Dubai market familiarity. You understand the audience, the platforms, and the culture of the professional community here.
- The ability to write. Not at a copywriter level. At a level where your captions, community posts, and briefs are clear, on-brand, and sharp.
