A growing organization is currently seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE market, particularly within the F&B and/or Beauty sectors, and a proven ability to execute successful marketing strategies.

This role is suited for a creative and analytical professional who can manage campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to brand growth through innovative marketing initiatives. Candidates must be currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate and should be available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and implement effective marketing strategies

• Manage social media platforms and oversee digital marketing campaigns

• Coordinate closely with design and sales teams to ensure brand consistency

• Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights

• Organize events, promotional activations, and influencer collaborations

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of marketing experience within the UAE

• Background in F&B or Beauty industry is preferred

• Strong knowledge of UAE market trends and consumer behavior
