This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Staff member at RBC Engineering LLC in Dubai. Key responsibilities include conducting market research to identify new opportunities, developing and executing marketing strategies, promoting the company’s solutions across core sectors, and identifying potential clients. The role also involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting sales initiatives to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and provide excellent support
• Experience in Market Research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights
• Proficiency in Marketing Strategy and Sales fundamentals for promoting solutions and driving business outcomes
• Ability to collaborate with teams and stakeholders, manage priorities, and adapt to changing business needs
• Familiarity with regional markets in the UAE and GCC and knowledge of engineering, energy, or environmental technology is highly advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
