Mep Construction Manager

 

Description:

We are recruiting for a site-based MEP Construction Manager position within a major high-speed rail programme connecting Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

The programme includes delivery of major depot, maintenance and operational rail infrastructure facilities, alongside trackside support buildings, utilities and multidisciplinary infrastructure packages within a complex international JV environment.

 

Project Scope Includes

• Track works and overhead catenary systems

• Depot and maintenance facilities

• Operational and trackside buildings

• Civil, structural and MEP packages

• Utilities and external infrastructure works

• Rail systems and operational interfaces

MEP Construction Manager

The MEP Construction Manager will lead delivery of building services and operational facility MEP packages across the programme.

 

Scope includes:

• HVAC systems

• Electrical systems

• Plumbing and drainage

• Fire protection systems

• ELV and specialist systems

 

Candidates should demonstrate:

• Experience delivering major MEP packages within infrastructure or transportation environments

• Strong multidisciplinary coordination capability

• Operational facility, depot, airport or rail project exposure preferred

• Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers and specialist contractors

• Testing, commissioning and handover experience advantageous

 

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline

• Proven site-based construction leadership experience

• Experience operating within complex multidisciplinary delivery environments

• GCC or Middle East experience preferred

• Rail, metro, aviation or major transportation infrastructure experience highly advantageous
