Mep Manager

Description:

We are currently hiring an experienced and highly capable MEP Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale construction projects in Abu Dhabi. This senior role is suited for a results-driven professional with extensive UAE market experience and a strong background in managing MEP works during the construction delivery phase. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading execution, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time while meeting all local authority requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in MEP project management
• Proven track record of managing major construction projects in Abu Dhabi or across the UAE
• Strong hands-on expertise during the construction and delivery phase
• In-depth knowledge of local authority regulations including ADM, ADDC, Civil Defense, and related bodies
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage stakeholders, consultants, and contractors
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational capabilities
