What we’re looking for:

✔️ 3-5 years’ experience as a senior leader in a High Quality Early Years setting

✔️ Bachelors or Postgraduate Degree in Early Childhood education

✔️ Strong leadership and strategic planning skills

✔️ Comprehensive knowledge of EYFS framework, Childcare Regulations, and Early Years Best Practices.

✔️Genuine passion for early childhood education
