Palinoia Properties is a fast-growing real estate brokerage specializing in off-plan properties from top developers in the UAE. We are looking for motivated, professional, and target-driven Off-Plan Specialists to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading developers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
• Manage leads, follow up effectively, and close deals
• Provide professional advice and up-to-date market information to clients
• Keep clients updated throughout the sales and handover process
• Maintain accurate CRM records and meet monthly sales targets
• Attend property exhibitions, events, and client meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in off-plan real estate market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Arabic language is an advantage.
• Must be currently in the UAE and available to join immediately.
• Target-driven, motivated, and client-focused
• Knowledge of the UAE property market is a plus
