Off-Plan Specialist

We are seeking motivated, goal-oriented Real Estate Agents who are passionate about the property market and eager to grow with a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading developers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
• Manage leads, conduct follow-ups, and successfully close deals
• Provide clients with professional guidance and up-to-date market insights
• Attend property exhibitions, events, and client meetings

Requirement:

• Minimum 6 months experience in off-plan real estate
• Strong knowledge of Dubai and Abu Dhabi developers and projects
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Arabic language is an advantage
• Currently based in Abu Dhabi and available to join immediately
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-driven
