Description:
As an Officer - Client Relationship at PureLab, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with the clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable to manage and nurture good relationship with clients to ensure seamless collaboration and service delivery.
- Support clients in understanding clinical pathology testing option and how they align with insurance benefits.
Required:
- Good communication in English language (Arabic language would be an added advantage).
- Must possess a valid UAE driving license and have a strong understanding of UAE geography.
- Diploma/ bachelor’s degree OR Diploma/ bachelor’s in medical laboratory sciences (would be beneficial).
- General understanding of medical insurance practices, processing and requirement would be a plus.
- Good interpersonal & customer service skills.
- 1 to 3 years of experience from a service industry such as in Healthcare, Banking, Real Estate etc.
