Operations Manager

Description:

We are currently hiring an experienced Operations Manager (Healthcare) to oversee and support operational excellence within a healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. This role is suited for professionals with a strong background in hospital or healthcare operations, particularly within long-term care environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, and effective team leadership.

Key Requirements and Competencies:

• Proven experience in healthcare operations, with preference given to long-term care exposure
• Demonstrated background in managing hospital or healthcare facility operations
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint for executive-level presentations
• Excellent decision-making abilities with strong leadership and people management skills
• Ability to analyze data, interpret operational metrics, and support strategic decisions
• In-depth understanding of healthcare facility regulations, standards, and compliance requirements
