Should be a strong techno functional consultant with minimum 3 years of working experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.

- Core HR

- 3-5 years in Talent Management (submodules: performance management/role, management/ talent profile)

- Reporting tools: BI & OTBI

- extract and data load

- Knowledge in ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud)

- 2 years in fusion approval flow

- Fusion HCM Security

- page customization.
