Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Lead to join our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business banking solutions and expertise in utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator to connect with C-suite executives. This role is pivotal in driving our business expansion by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and delivering customized financial solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends within the GCC region.
- Client Engagement: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platforms to identify and engage with decision-makers at SMEs and mid-market enterprises.
- Financial Solution Development: Collaborate with internal teams to design and propose tailored financial solutions, including supply chain financing and revolving credit facilities.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand and meet their financial needs.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business development or sales within the financial services industry, with a focus on business banking solutions.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales tools.
- Strong understanding of the GCC financial markets and business landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
